1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags, price tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and attached to the garment.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email/SMS) must be provided.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer exchanges under the following terms:

  • Size Issues: You can exchange an item for a different size of the same style at no additional product cost.
  • Design Changes: If you'd like to exchange for a different item, any price difference will need to be settled.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

3. Refund Methods

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket (Refunds are credited directly to your personal mobile number).
  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to your bank account for card payments or Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Store Credit: We can issue a coupon code of equal value for your next purchase if preferred.

Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged/incorrect product sent).


4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, StyleTrivia will bear all return shipping and exchange shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference / Size Issues: For exchanges or returns based on change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs (usually BDT 60 inside Dhaka and BDT 120/150 outside Dhaka).

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories of items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items bought during clearance sales or final discount promotions.
  • Custom-made, customized, or altered clothing.
  • Innerwear, socks, and face masks for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone at +8801629159452 or email at order@styletrivia.com.
  2. Alternatively, send us a direct message on Facebook Messenger at facebook.com/styletrivia.
  3. Provide your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return/exchange (please attach photos if the item is damaged or wrong).
  4. Our courier agent will collect the item from your location (inside Dhaka) or you will be asked to ship it back to our hub via local couriers (outside Dhaka).
